Refund policy
At R.E.V. Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process for most items. However, please note that some items are not eligible for return. Please read our return policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions:
Returns
- You may return any eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at my@revshoppers.com. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Please note that a 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
Custom-Made Items
- Custom-made items are unique and created specifically for you. As a result, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom-made items unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you believe your custom-made item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it.
Excluded Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Trading Cards: Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, they are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Handmade Items: Handmade items are crafted with care and may have unique characteristics. They are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective handmade item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it.
- Snacks: Due to health and safety regulations, snacks are not eligible for return or exchange. We take great care to ensure the quality and freshness of our snacks, and all snack sales are final.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team. We will assist you in placing a new order for the desired item. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs of the original item.

Lost or Stolen Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure.
