Standard Shipping
We offer flat-rate standard shipping for $5.99 on all orders. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped from our warehouse. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 within the contiguous United States. Please add code FREESHIP at checkout.
Custom-Made Items
Custom-made items are unique and require special attention to detail. Due to their personalized nature, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for the processing and creation of custom-made items. Once your custom-made item is ready for shipment, it will be sent using our standard shipping method, which takes an additional 2-3 business days for delivery.
Backordered Items
Please Note: Some of our products are not kept in stock at our warehouse and are sourced from our trusted distributors only when an order is placed. As a result, there may be a slight delay in shipping these items. Rest assured, we are committed to delivering the highest quality products to you, and we will make every effort to expedite the process and keep you updated on the estimated shipping times for such items. Expedited Shipping

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen after it has been marked as delivered, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been successfully delivered.
