Registration & Refund Policy
- If you cannot attend, please notify us at least 24 hours before the event to receive a full refund.
- Last-minute cancellations (under 24 hours) will not be refunded.
- No-shows = no refund and loss of spot.
We often have a waiting list, and last-minute drops prevent other players from joining.
Participation Requirement
- Pre-release events are structured play events - not product pickup.
- Players who register must stay and participate in the event.
- Dropping before Round 1 begins just to receive the box is not allowed.
- Players who drop immediately after receiving product may be restricted from future Pre-Release events.
